At Denik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are in their original, unused condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
